At Marissa Collections, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every luxury purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our stylists inspect the returned items.
